so easy to work with, I recommend this product Only recommendations to buy this product. I don't understand how did I work before . May 29, 2013
Excellent Item We tested here at the shop and then bought 24 more. Tripp-Lite products have always worked great for us. March 27, 2013
Profile nice, good power, good features With the 90 degree plug and power supply for intermittent outages, this is a great unit for the price. It would be nice if SOMEONE came up with a UPS geared towards power adapters, but that is a comment in general anyway. March 8, 2013
OK UPS Purchased 3 units. First power outage 1 out of 3 died in first 2 months. Maybe due to weird power fluctuations ... But it is a UPS!!! It supposed to be designed for weird power conditions. Also, complicated power button is non-intuitive. Had to teach staff how to turn on and off. Hold for 2 seconds. No longer, no less, or otherwise goes into some strange test modes. Other 2 units are still working correctly. November 30, 2012

Answer:
We appreciate your online response to the BC350 you're utilizing. And are sorry you're experiencing diffculty. An alarm condition of 4 short beeps + pause (in conjunction with an illuminated green On/Off LED), helps alert us each time the UPS is operating from its internal batteries (signalling some AC power anomaly is present).

What is causing the BC350 to power off?

Over the past few days, our BC350 has cut power momentarily to the devices plugged into "battery protected outlets" causing the attached computers to shutdown. The last time it happened, the BC350 powered down completely as well. The Serial number is 9830CY0BC614001143. Is there a warranty on this? Any advice would be helpful.

Answer:
1. My experience with UPS systems in general, and I have pretty extensive experience, is that the battery or internal charging system is bad.
2. Another cause is possibly the power supplying the unit has an intermittent problem; going out for enough time to cause UPS failure.

If I had my pick though, it would be option 1.
