Warranty Information

3-Phase UPS Systems & External Battery Packs

If you purchased a Tripp Lite 3-Phase UPS System or External Battery Pack, it is covered under a standard 1-Year Product Warranty (U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico only) or 2-Year Product Warranty. On-Site Service Programs are also available and recommended to enhance the reliability of the installation.

Tripp Lite offers several On-Site Service Programs to ensure you're getting optimal performance from your 3-Phase UPS System investment. Our website includes most programs, but not all. Tripp Lite offers regional coverage throughout the U.S. and Canada. However, there are some locations that are outside of our covered service network and additional distance charges may apply. Coverage Notes

Each 3-Phase UPS System ships with internal batteries or a primary battery pack. External battery packs or custom battery cabinets can be purchased to extend runtime. In most cases, the on-site service program purchased for a UPS and its primary battery source must also be purchased for the external battery pack or custom battery cabinets. The part numbers applicable to UPS on-site service programs that include external battery packs or custom battery cabinets differ from those applicable to a UPS and its primary battery source. If necessary, check for on-site service programs that include additional battery packs, or contact our Field Service Administration for additional on-site service programs not offered on our website by calling (773) 869-1370 or emailing: fieldserviceadmin@tripplite.com
