CDW Sales Administrator
The Sales Administrator is responsible for administrative support of national account managers and customers. Primary responsibilities include; processing and following up on all bids as well as replying to customer and account managers in a timely manner. Other functions include, various customer inquiries and handling projects. This candidate will have 1 year administrative experience, good computer skills, and be able to work with little or no supervision.
Director of Sales - US Channel Sales
Position involves: Overall Business Management of Tripp Lite's National Distributors, Direct Marketers, Etailers, and Office Supply Channel customers within US Computer Channel Sales.
Management of 4-6 sales representatives. Designing, developing, enhancing and executing business & marketing plans to maximize sales and profits and overall customer satisfaction.
Help set and maintain performance standards and goals.
Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, & profitability, in conjunction with Tripp Lite's stated goals.
Utilize our selling methods to improve market share, revenue growth, and profitability as defined by Tripp Lite.
Ability to drive change and process improvement.
Maintaining strong relationships with current channel partners.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
Requirements: The individual should have 5 + years of relevant experience. Candidate must have strong account management, business development and negotiation skills. Strong financial acumen is a must. Master Degree Preferred. The position requires an independent and self/money motivated individual. Travel required.
District Sales Manager
Position requires a proven track record prospecting and developing accounts in the Fortune 1000, State & Local Government and Education markets within the assigned territory. This individual must have a minimum of 4-7 years of successful current territory development selling in the computer hardware industry to corporate technology and/or channel customers. Candidate must be skilled at both executive level prospecting and negotiating, as well as possess excellent presentation skills. Solid industry contacts are a tremendous advantage. BA/BS preferred. This position requires an independent, self/money motivated business professional capable of operating from a remote office. Travel within the territory required. Base salary + commission. (POSITIONS BASED IN CA, IL, DC, N CA, NV, FL) Chicago position is based out of corp, not a remote office.
International Staff Accountant
The selected candidate will prepare accurate and timely monthly/quarterly reports and analyses,prepare documentation for and work with outside professionals on audits and tax returns of foreign subsidaries. This individual will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and be proficient in Word and Excel. Must be bilingual English/Spanish (100% spoken & written).
Networking Products Specialist
JOB SUMMARY: Pre and post sales customer/product support
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide field service to all customers
- Provide product technical training
- Provide phone support for all Tripp Lite hardware and software products
- Provide sales support
- Perform software and hardware demonstrations
- Support Engineering and Software development
- Organize and manipulate product information per ISO standards
- Write technical procedures and manuals
- Research quality control issues
- Troubleshoot problematic hardware, software, and networking issues
- Project management
- Ability to report to senior management
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED: Degree in a technical discipline or 4 + years experience in a field service or help desk role. Extensive customer service experience. Ability to provide technical training. Certification in a networking discipline. Must be able to travel.

Product Support Representative
Working in an incoming call center environment, rep's handle 40-50 calls per day from consumers and resellers who call on behalf of their customers regarding pre-sales questions or technical assistance on products they own. Must be willing to work in highly disciplined environment and have a technical aptitude to understand how power protection devices work. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Territory Sales Manager ( North Africa,South Africa, Kazakastan)
As a territory Sales Manager, you will work independently with top computer , electrical , renewable & telecom distributors and dealers throughout the region. You will be expected to develop and manage distribution channels as well as introduce products, conduct sales trainings and design and implement co-op marketing programs.
This is a high profile sales position that reports to a Vice President. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering (MBA desired) and have 5 years industry sales experience preferably working for another US IT or electrical manufacturer. Extensive knowledge of the IT or electrical distribution channel in the region required. Must be fluent in both English and local language based on territory. North Africa - French and Arabic, South Africa - Afrikaans, and Kazakastan - Russian.
Warehouse
Position involves shipping, receiving or packing Tripp products. Position will also include general warehouse assistance, as needed. Requirements include a solid work history, the ability to lift and handle heavy items (15-75 lb.) and a team player approach to work. Previous warehouse experience not required, but helpful.
