E-Rate: Education Discount Information
E-Rate (also known as the Universal Support Program) was established by the Telecommunications Act of 1996 to provide improved Internet accessibility for schools and libraries. E-Rate allows schools and libraries, with certain restrictions, to receive between 20% and 90% discounts on hardware products and services which facilitate greater Internet access.
Tripp Lite maintains that all of its UPS Systems and accessories as well as its Rack Systems fit the criteria for E-Rate discounts.
