Tripp Lite's USB 1.1 over Cat5 Extender Kit allows you to connect your computer to a USB 1.1 peripheral up to 150 feet away using ordinary Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6 cable. The transmitter and receiver kit is bus-powered, so no external power supply is required. Plug-and-play; no software or drivers needed. Compliant with the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA) for GSA Schedule purchases.

Answer: 
For multiple devices needing to be connected at the end of the Cat5 cable run, you can either plug in a Powered USB hub into the Receiver end, or, use Tripp Lite U224-4R4-R, which essentilly does the same thing, all in one kit.

I would like to connect multiple Mice and Keyboards in separate rooms and have them connect to one PC. If I purchase multiple units (B202-150) and insert a router or switch to manage the connections, will the receiver on the PC end be able to interpret it? The signals will only be coming from one location at a time as well.

Answer: 
The B202-150 uses Cat5e cable as its signal transport method. It is still USB signals traveling across the wires, so no, connecting it to Ethernet equipment will not work, as those devices are looking for Ethernet signals, not USB signals.
