This configuration is not supported. This printer can be connected via Ethernet by using a 'Ethernet Transceiver' (AAUI to RJ-45). This version is expected to be released for Mac before the end of January 2007. To be notified when this fix is released, subscribe to this FAQ by clicking the 'Notify Me...' button at the bottom of this FAQ. - - - - - - - - - - Background Info - - - - - - - - - - A small percentage of Keyspan Cordless Phones were incorrectly manufactured to have a Product ID code of '0x1a3d'. This product ID is used by the Keyspan software to load the Keyspan software and show your contacts on the phone. Since the Keyspan software is not expecting the '0x1a3d' phone, the software doesn't load. We have identified the issue and we are releasing a new version of software that works with this Product ID. All USB devices have a Vendor ID and Product ID (aka VID and PID). VIDs and PIDs are used to determine which driver needs to be loaded. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - How To Determine If You Have A 0x1a3d Phone - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - On Mac OS X: 1. This will open a new window. 3. In the new window, click the MORE INFO... button. This will launch the SYSTEM PROFILER application. 4.
