Why is the RS-1215 registered as UL 1363?

UL 1363 is for Relocateable Power Taps that must be moveable without the use of a tool. The RS-1215 is obviously meant to be hard mounted. The installation manual expressly shows mounting to a rack with screws. This is not allowed in UL 1363.

Answer:
The closest option we have to support the requirements is the IBAR12-20ULTRA:

http://www.tripplite.com/en/products/model.cfm?txtSeriesID=826&txtModelID=3960

This is a 1U rackmount surge suppressor, with twelve 5-20 outlets, has LEDs that provide info on when protection is present, there's a line fault, or when the line is OK, has a 20 amp circuit breaker and thermal fusing, and has a 15' cord and a rocker type on/off switch that illuminates when on.
