Chicago, IL (January 4, 2012)—Tripp Lite, a world-leading manufacturer of power protection and connectivity solutions, and a provider of a wide range of TAA-compliant and FIPS-approved products, has introduced two new Secure DVI KVM Switches. The B002-DUA2 and B002-DUA4 are National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) certified to conform to Common Criteria EAL 2+, assuring these KVM Switches have gone through a rigorous analysis and strict testing process and that they conform to the security standards sanctioned by the International Standards Organization. Common Criteria is an important worldwide evaluation standard for security products, as its certifications are recognized in 25 countries around the world.

Key Features and Benefits:
•	NIAP-certified to meet EAL 2+ security standards
•	Safely switch between computers with varying security levels
•	Each port is its own isolated channel, making it impossible for data to be transferred between connected computers
•	Components are tamper-proof; all internal circuitry is soldered directly to the board
•	Tamper-warning labels located on each side of the KVM provide visual evidence if the unit has been tampered with or compromised
•	Housing intrusion protection technology permanently disables the KVM if the housing is opened, causing it to become inoperable and alerting users that the KVM has been disabled
•	Firmware cannot be reprogrammed, securing it against attempts to alter the logic of the KVM
•	Keyboard buffer is automatically cleared after data transmission, leaving no information stored in the switch
•	Lack of memory buffer eliminates unintentional transfer of keystrokes or other data when switching between systems—the only way to access connected computers is via pushbutton
