Pricing around and want to make sure there aren't any surprises. When you say the rack-mounting hardware is included, does that guarantee that resellers won't be swapping hardware out when it changes hands?

[FAQ-795] The mouse and keyboard response time on my rackmount console is sluggish when connected to my B072-Series KVM switch.

An alternate firmware version is available to address this problem, and can be found in the Help & Downloads tab of the B072-008-1, B072-016-1 and B072-016-1-IP web page, or in the software dowload section of the Service & Support page.[Last Updated: Mar 12, 2010]

[FAQ-806] I am not getting keyboard and mouse functionality on my console?

Verify that you are using the correct cables for your KVM, console or Console KVM. Each family of KVMs has specific cable models that work with them. Also, ensure that all connections have been properly made and that the connections are secure. Ensure that you have followed the specific start-up directions contained in the owner's manual. Contact Tripp Lite Product/Technical uppotrt if you are unable to resolve the issue following these steps.[Last Updated: Oct 17, 2013]
