lousy tech support I quit buying Tripp Lite procucts because when I called for support the gal argued with me when I wanted to buy a battery for my unit! I have since gone with another brand! October 2, 2014
Our UPS Problem Solved! The replacement battery was easy to install, and we have had no further problems. Hard to believe that we could buy the replacement, install it, and we're good to go. I was very relieved to learn that we didn't need a new UPS. The battery arrived quickly too, so we weren't without the power safety net for long after we figured out what the problem was. Is the RBC51 compatible with the Belkin F6C750-AVR? Belkin F6C700 is listed, and I'm not sure how similar the two are. Thanks.

Answer:
Thanks for your query. Although we make every effort to regularly update our Replacement Battery Cartridge compatibility listings, there may be competitor UPSs that do not appear even though we may carry their associated RBC. Therefore, please contact your UPS manufacturer directly in order to confirm the suitability of a listed RBC.

BCPRO600 Batteries

Do you provide a battery for this product that will not be damaged by freezing. When we are moving our equipment in the winter a have no way to insure that the Device is turn off before disconnecting the power. Batteries drain themselve of all the power and now the batteries freeze causing them to be damaged.

Answer:
Please note that our BCPRO UPS systems and their associated batteries are meant to operate at a range of : +32 to +104 degrees Fahrenheit / 0 to +40 degrees Celsius. And stored at a range of: +5 to +122 degrees Fahrenheit / -15 to +50 degrees Celsius.

Also note that during storage, all connected equipment should be turned off, then disconnected from the UPS to avoid battery drain. Unplug the UPS from its AC receptacle, then press and hold the ON/OFF button to deactivate it.

Finally, when storing the UPS for an extended period of time, fully recharge the UPS batteries once every 3 months by plugging the UPS into a live AC outlet and letting it charge for 12 hours.

Answer:
Thanks for the query. Please note that Tripp Lite does not offer a Replacement Battery Cartridge for this model. However, many industrial suppliers and battery stores offer appropriate replacement batteries for this model. Note that replacement should only be performed by capable service personnel. Batteries can present a risk of electrical shock and burn from high short-circuit current. Observe proper precautions. Do not dispose of the batteries in a fire. Do not open the UPS or batteries. Do not short or bridge the battery terminals with any object. Unplug and turn off the UPS before performing battery replacement. Use tools with insulated handles. Battery replacement should be performed using the same number and type of batteries (valve regulated sealed Lead-Acid).
