and telephone/voice mail systems, the SmartPro 1400 RM2U [Watchdog]
system provides intelligent, line-interactive battery backup with
extended-run capability. The system has eight outlets, diagnostic
LEDs and two built-in communication ports. In reaction to service
or operating systems failures, software can provide e-mail or pager
notification of power problems, and unattended shutdown and restart
of multiple servers. The unit provides 1400 VA of battery backup,
and can be mounted in racks, as a tower, on walls or under counters."
