Because residential power outlets have three wires—hot line (H), neutral (N) and ground (G)—the TLP128TTUSBB protects all three, covering the two protection modes: full normal mode (H-N) and common mode (N-G/H-G).

Questions & Answers
When a surge protector has been compromised (due to a single event like a lightning strike or over a series of spikes and surges), many surge protectors will use an audible or LED alert only. If these alerts are missed, your equipment will receive unprotected power without your knowledge.
