Tripp Lite's B021-000-17 1U Rackmount Console features an integrated 17" LCD panel, full 88-key keyboard, and touchpad, all in a 1U rackmountable housing. This console is designed for use with a PS/2 server or KVM switch. Tripp Lite warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase.

- The mouse and keyboard response time on my rackmount console is sluggish when connected to my B072-Series KVM switch.
- This issue can be resolved by upgrading the firmware of your KVM switch. An alternate firmware version is available to address this problem, and can be found in the Help & Downloads tab of the B072-008-1, B072-016-1 and B072-016-1-IP web page, or in the software dowload section of the Service & Support page.
